This pollen has a soft granular texture and is a golden colour, with a unique floral flavour and aroma.
It has been collected from hives in Western Australia, which have been placed in forests and fields.
Bee pollen has been utilised as a natural food source for 1000s of years.
How To Use:
Add ½ -1 tsp of pollen to smoothies, fruit juice and coconut water for sweet, floral notes.
Sprinkle on yoghurt, fruit salad and acai bowls or use in raw treats such as protein bars and energy balls.
Only use in cold foods as heat can destroy the enzymes and nutrients.
Storage:
Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. See Best Before date.
