This Australian Garlic is grown on picturesque Kangaroo Island, the cloves are simply harvested and processed right on the farm. There are no added preservatives, just quality dehydrated garlic packed with flavour!
As fresh Australian garlic isn’t available all year round, dehydrated garlic is a handy alternative.
How to:
Garlic granules are a convenient ingredient to have on hand when fresh garlic isn’t available.
You can rehydrate the garlic granules in water and in recipes that call for fresh chopped garlic. Take 1 teaspoon of garlic granules and add 2 teaspoons of water. The granules will pump up, use one tablespoon of hydrated granules in place of one fresh garlic clove.
Garlic granules can be added to many savoury recipes including marinades, gravies and sauces. Garlic complements many types of meat including roast lamb, steak and seafood. It is also great for sprinkling over roasted vegetables and pasta dishes.
Storage:
Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. See Best Before date.
