This Lupin, a member of the legume family, is grown and processed in Australia. It is GMO-free with no added preservatives. Lupin is an important part of crop rotation that is valued for the plants ability to aerate the soil and add nitrogen. Australian lupin flour has a golden yellow colour, a slightly nutty flavour and a subtle fresh aroma. Lupin flour is a wonderful baking ingredient and great for gluten-free recipes.
How to Use:
