Straight from nature, ready to be cracked open and enjoyed! These Australian-grown macadamias in-shell retain the goodness of the rich and creamy nut inside.
They can be opened with a nut cracker and enjoy the raw nut or roasted in an oven at low heat to enjoy homemade roasted macadamias.
Don’t discard the shells after cracking as they make a great mulch and compost for your garden!
How To Use:
Raw Macadamias can be enjoyed on their own as a quick snack, or combined with dried fruit and seeds to create a moreish trail mix.
Added roughly chopped Macadamias to muesli, smoothies, acai bowls, and oat or quinoa porridge.
Macadamias can also be ground for delicious fresh nut butter. For a little variety everyone will love – add some coconut flakes or a few cacao nibs before blending.
Use Macadamias in crumbing for fish or meat and in stuffing. Sprinkle chopped nuts over salads, stir-fries and hot pots. Delicious in raw food sweet or savoury recipes; and in home-baked bread, muffins, cakes and biscuits.
