Australian Organic 6 Grain Combo



Our 6 Grain Combo is a unique combination of premium Certified Organic or Biodynamic oats, barley, millet, brown rice, spelt and triticale. These Australian grown grains have been simply steamed and gently rolled. It is completely free of artificial additives and preservatives and is non-GMO. This natural blend makes a delicious base for home-made muesli and warming porridge. It can be used in any recipe that calls for rolled oats, including smoothies, raw food treats and tasty baked goods.

How to Use:

For breakfast, this organic 6 grain combo can be used to create your own muesli – either natural, Bircher Swiss or oven-toasted in honey, maple syrup or apple juice. Add it to smoothies, or make a delicious warming porridge topped with chopped nuts and dried fruit.

It is also a wonderful ingredient in home baked bread and muffins, and of course, the classic Anzac biscuit. Mix it with shredded coconut and maple syrup as an irresistible fruit crumble topping – try pear and rhubarb, apricot, or raspberry and apple. Use this blend of rolled grains in muesli bars or raw food snacks, energy balls and to make pressed pie bases.

This combo can also be used to make fresh organic grain mylk. Simply soak our 6 grain combo (and a little shredded coconut if you like) with a pinch of Australian pink salt, in cold water (1:6) overnight. Sweeten to taste, with a little honey or coconut nectar, and blend for 2-3 minutes. Strain through a clean cloth, squeezing the rolled grains, and refrigerate the mylk in an airtight container. Mylk will stay fresh for several days, just shake if separated.


Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Refrigeration recommended.
