How to Use:
Walnut oil is a light coloured oil and has a mild nutty flavour that can be used in a variety of dishes including salads, stir fries and soups.
As it has a relatively low smoke point of around 160°C it’s best not to deep fry using this oil but is suitable for pan and light frying.
Try it today in place of olive oil or other vegetables oils to add a mild nutty flavour to your sweet and savoury dishes.
