Flaxseed, also known as linseed, is a good source of dietary fibre and consuming the ground seed is easier to digest and maximises its nutritional benefits compared to eating the whole seed.
How To Use:
It has a slightly nutty flavour and is a great addition to breakfast smoothies and cereal.
