A wonderful hand-blended mix of aromatic, wild-crafted Australian bush spices with certified organic ginger, cinnamon and caffeine-free rooibos – a naturally sweet red tea that is rich in antioxidants.

Wattleseed and pepper berry add delicious warming notes of chocolate and hazelnut to this full-flavoured blend.

This chai was created in Australia by a qualified and passionate naturopath. The antioxidants and nourishing minerals found in these ingredients combine to create a gentle whole-body tonic.

The warm, soothing flavours of this bush chai are perfect as a hot brew or can be served with ice for a refreshingly cool summer beverage.

How to Use:

Use 1 teaspoon of this Australian bush chai blend for each cup of boiling water. Steep for at least 5 minutes. Strain when the aroma has reached your desired strength. Enjoy as is, or you can add your favourite milk and/or sweetener – honey is lovely.

Chill this herbal tea and serve with plenty of cubed or shaved ice.

Make a strong infusion to add wonderful rich, spicy notes to homemade ice cream, desserts and baked goods.

For a cold-brewed chai, steep 3-4 tablespoons in a litre of cold water and let stand for 12 hours. Strain and pour straight over ice or combine half-half with your favourite milk. To sweeten, add a little honey or the like in just enough hot water to dissolve before stirring through the iced chai.

Storage:

Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
