These Australian grown nuts are roasted in the shell for that rich and creamy flavour everyone loves about macadamias!
Don’t discard the shells after cracking as they make a great mulch and compost for your garden.
How to use:
Roasted macadamias can be enjoyed on their own as a quick snack, or combined with dried fruit and seeds to create a moreish trail mix.
Add roughly chopped Macadamias to muesli, smoothies, acai bowls, and oat or quinoa porridge.
Macadamias can also be ground for delicious fresh nut butter. For a little variety everyone will love – add some coconut flakes or a few cacao nibs before blending.
Use Macadamias in crumbing for fish or meat and in stuffing. Sprinkle chopped nuts over salads and stir fries. Delicious in raw food sweet or savoury recipes, and home baked bread, muffins, cakes and biscuits.
