These dried plums are made from premium Australian-grown ruby blood plums. They have a beautiful ruby colour and are deliciously sweet and fruity with a luscious, silky texture.
An irresistible and convenient snack. Plums are a great addition to breakfast dishes, savoury recipes, desserts and baked treats.
How to Use:
For breakfast, add chopped plums to muesli, natural dairy or coconut yoghurt, or smoothie bowls. Soak them in hot water for a few minutes for a sweet compote.
Enjoy them as a quick and convenient snack or pop some in a lunchbox.
Use them in home-baked cakes, muffins, biscuits, and desserts. Their fabulous ruby colour looks great on cheese boards or as decoration on desserts.
Dried plums are also delicious in sauces, a spicy curry or with slow-cooked meat. For a delicious dessert try these ruby plums with ice cream, sago or chia pudding.
Storage:
Store in an air-tight container in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Refrigeration is recommended in warm climates.
