This recipe in a jar Bliss Ball mix is as easy as it gets to make your own healthy snacks at home. Pour all the ingredients into a blender, add honey or maple syrup and blitz!
They combine the sweet and tangy flavours of goji berries with Australian roasted almonds and the subtly earthy flavour of organic matcha. A delicious snack all rolled up in a convenient ball for on-the-go munchies or kept in your work drawer when those sweet afternoon cravings hit.
To Add:
• ⅓ cup honey (or maple syrup)
Method:
1. In a food processor, combine ingredients from the jar with the honey (or maple syrup). Blend on high speed, until the mixture comes together. It will be sticky and slightly crumbly.
2. Roll heaped teaspoons of mixture into small balls.
Any leftover bliss balls can be stored in the jar for up to 7 days when refrigerated.
Handy to have in the pantry, just add the wet ingredients, blend, roll and enjoy. No cooking required.
