Our in-store-made blondie mix is jam-packed with creamy white chocolate buttons and premium Australian pecans.
Move over brownies, there’s a new slice in town!
To Add:
• 125g butter, melted
• 2 eggs, lightly beaten
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
Method:
1. Preheat oven to 160˚C. Line a 20cm square cake tin with baking paper. Leave some of the paper hanging over the sides to make the blondie easier to remove later.
2. Place the contents of the bag into a bowl. Add butter, eggs and vanilla extract. Mix until combined.
3. Pour into the prepared baking tray.
4. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until it wobbles slightly when shaken. Take care not to overcook.
5. Allow to cool in the tin before cutting.
Store in an airtight container for up to 4 days in the refrigerator.
Delicious on its own or served warm with salted caramel ice cream.
Makes 16 blondies.
