Chia pudding is so easy to prepare and we’ve made it extra special with wild blueberries and coconut. With a sprinkle of acai powder, this pink treat will brighten your mornings too.
Pour 30g into a bowl and add ½ cup milk of your choice. Mix well, cover and refrigerate for at least four hours or overnight. Top with your favourite toppings. We recommend fresh in-season berries or home-made berry coulis.
