Our decadent Chocolate Walnut Brownies have Australian-grown walnuts combined with dark chocolate, white chocolate and organic cacao.

Perfect for an afternoon treat with a warm drink or to impress your guests. Cut the brownies into cubes, place them into bowls, and a scoop of ice cream on top. Decorate with other fresh fruit, nuts and your favourite topping for a special dessert or treat.

The smell of freshly baked brownies will fill your home in no time.


To Add:

• 150g butter, melted (or coconut oil)
• 3 eggs, lightly beaten
• ½ tsp vanilla extract (or paste)

Method:

1. Preheat oven to 160˚C. Grease and line a 22cm x 22cm baking tray. Leave some of the paper hanging over the sides to make the cake easier to remove later.
2. Place the contents of the jar into a bowl. Add butter, egg and vanilla. Mix until combined.
3. Pour into the prepared baking tray.
4. Bake in a moderate oven for 25-35 minutes or when the top springs back when pressed with a finger. Take care not to overcook.
5. Cool slightly before removing from the tray and cutting into brownies.

Store in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
