This Bushfood Muesli has a delightful Australian flavour – introducing the bright citrus zing of lemon myrtle with warm aromatic cinnamon myrtle. Tangy goji berries and dried apricot are combined with creamy seeds and oats. This wonderful muesli is great served hot or cold and makes a great base for baked and raw goodies.
How to Use:
There are so many ways to enjoy this mouth-watering Bushfood Muesli. Simply add your favourite milk and eat as is, or soak overnight in juice or milk to create wonderful Bircher muesli with an Australian twist. Gently cook with milk or water for warming winter porridge with zing.
Sprinkle over yoghurt and fresh fruit, acai bowls or chia pudding for a delicious snack any time. Great in smoothies, too. Create delicious cookies and muffins with Bushfood Muesli. Also a great base for muesli bars or superfood balls and slices.
Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Refrigeration recommended in warm climates.
