How to Use:

Add a fragrant, spicy lift to soups and hotpots, bean dishes, rice recipes, or baked vegetables. Use this Cajun spice mix in marinades, sauces and dry rubs, or include in meatloaf or burgers. Sprinkle a little Cajun spice over buttered corn for a zesty, savoury flavour, or mix some into mayonnaise, to make a quick and moreish dipping sauce for crackers or vegetable sticks.
