Choc & Walnut Brownie Mix is an irresistible in-house blend; a recipe-in-a-jar. Scrumptious insecticide-free Australian grown walnuts deliciously combined with organic 50% dark chocolatecouverture white chocolate and organic cacao powder – to create melt in your mouth browniesEveryone – young and old; will enjoy the ease of this ready to go mix, and the satisfaction of home-baked goodies. Just add wet ingredients, and before you know it the delightful aroma of warm brownies will be wafting from the oven. Handy to have in the pantry, this wonderful recipe mix also makes a fun gift. 


How to Use:

To make Choc & Walnut Brownies you will also need:

  • 150 g melted of Butter (or coconut oil)
  • 3 lightly beaten eggs
  • ½ tsp. of Vanilla extract (or vanilla paste)

Pre-heat oven at 180°C. Place contents of jar in a bowl and add butter, eggs and vanilla. Mix until well combined. Pour into a paper lined 22 x 22 cm tray. Bake in a moderate oven (approx. 180°C) for 25 – 35 minutes. Cool on a wire rack. Enjoy with a well-deserved cuppa. Any leftover brownies can be stored in the jar to keep fresh, although there might not be many spare!

This recipe-in-a-jar makes a great fun gift for children or anyone who likes to bake. Alternatively, re-fill the jar with your home-baked Choc & Walnut Brownies as a beautiful present for someone special. Makes approx. 18-20 brownies. 

Storage:

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Refrigeration recommended in warm climates.
