Naturally rich in colour and bursting with tangy, sweet flavour, no salad is complete without cranberries sprinkled on top. They have a slightly chewy texture and vibrant ruby colour.
How To Use:
Cranberries pair nicely with sweet potato, Brussels sprouts and cabbage. Add to stuffings and sauces or make cranberry jelly to serve with turkey, ham or chicken. Add to ice cream recipes and any dessert that has white chocolate. Serve on a cheese and fruit board for a pop of colour.
Storage:
Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. See Best Before date.
