Add Epsom salt to warm bath and soak for at least 20 minutes. A handful of organic flower petals will help you relax and you may wish to include a 1/2 cup of olive or coconut oil to moisturise the skin.

How To Use:
For a high magnesium bath to detox and relax, add 2 – 4 cups Epsom bath salts into warm water and soak for 20 mins or more.
To soften skin, add ½ cup of coconut or olive oil to the bath water as well, but avoid soap. Add lavender or rose petals for a little extra luxury.
Take Epsom salt baths up to three times weekly, starting with a ½ cup to check for skin sensitivity. It may assist in relieving tired muscles, help with better sleep and be calming after a stressful or busy day.
