These Almonds have been blanched and then shaved into thin flakes. They have a delicious creamy nut flavour, pale cream colour and firm, fresh texture.
How To Use:
Finely sliced almonds, ready to add crunch to ice cream sundaes and banana splits or use to decorate frosted cakes and slices.
Add into your own blend of muesli or granola.
Before starting a stir fry, toast flaked almonds in the dry wok and then set aside ready to sprinkle on to the dish just before serving.
Add to salads such as broccoli slaw and falafel bowls or vegetables including green beans and roasted cauliflower.
