How to Use:

This churros flavour shake is the perfect topping for donuts and churros. Generously sprinkle over warm donuts and churros. Make ‘cheat’s churros’ at home by cutting crumpets into bite sized pieces. Dip into melted butter and sprinkle with the churros blend. Air fry for 5-10 minutes until golden brown. Serve with melted chocolate as an indulgent dipping sauce.

Create a warming crumble topping by combining ¾ cup plain flour, ¾ cup rolled oats and 1 tbs churros powder. Mix well and then add 80 g cold cubed butter. Use your fingers to rub the flour mix through the cold butter until the butter is well incorporated. Use the crumble mix to top apples for apple crumble before baking or any fruit of your choosing.

Lightly oil mixed nuts and sprinkle over the churros powder. Air fry for a few minutes until golden and crunchy. These taste like a warm cinnamon donut!

Use as a popcorn topper on freshly popped popcorn. Add 1 ½ tbs oil to a large pot with lid on a medium heat. Once the oil is heated, add in 50g of popcorn, and return the lid. Shake the pot gently while on the heat and after a minute or two the corn kernels will begin to pop. Remove from the heat when two seconds pass between pops. Pour into a large bowl and sprinkle over the flavour shake, shaking the bowl to evenly cover the popcorn. Alternatively, cook the popcorn in a pot without oil and then drizzle with melted butter before sprinkling over the flavour shake.
