Made in Western Australia by a small batch producer, our salted caramel recipe is the perfect combination of sweet and salty.

How to Use:

Create a wickedly delicious salted caramel sauce by combining 20 g of unsalted butter with 2 tsp of salted caramel powder in a saucepan. Heat over medium heat until golden and bubbly. Add in ¼ cup of thickened cream. The mix may look like it has split but once the cream has been added it will blend to create a smooth sauce. Be sure to use unsalted butter to get the right sweet and salty balance.

Boost a vanilla cupcake recipe by adding 1-2 tbs of the flavour shake for a 12 cupcake recipe. The salted caramel powder can even be added to buttercream frosting or sprinkled over frosting.

Make sweet croutons by cutting puff pastry into small 1 cm squares. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with the flavour shake. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180 °C for 8–10 minutes until puffed and golden. Use these dessert croutons to top ice cream or poached fruit.

Use as a popcorn topper on freshly popped popcorn. Add 1 ½ tbs oil to a large pot with lid on a medium heat. Once the oil is heated, add in 50g of popcorn, and return the lid.  Shake the pot gently while on the heat and after a minute or two the corn kernels will begin to pop. Remove from the heat when two seconds pass between pops. Pour into a large bowl and sprinkle over the flavour shake, shaking the bowl to evenly cover the popcorn. Alternatively, cook the popcorn in a pot without oil and then drizzle with melted butter before sprinkling over the flavour shake.
