How to Use:
Mix 1-2 tbs flavour shake with 1 cup of panko breadcrumbs. Use the cheesy breadcrumbs to crumb chicken drumsticks before baking.
Sprinkle the savoury cheese powder over a buttered corn cob or freshly steamed vegetables.
Add the flavour shake to a bechamel or white sauce base to create a tasty cheese sauce that can be used to layer homemade lasagna, as a base for cauliflower cheese or easy mac n cheese.
Boost the flavour of mashed potatoes by adding in a sprinkle of this cheesy flavour shake. Or sprinkle over hot potato chips in place of chippy salt.
Use as a popcorn topper on freshly popped popcorn. Add 1 ½ tbs oil to a large pot with lid on a medium heat. Once the oil is heated, add in 50 g of popcorn, and return the lid. Shake the pot gently while on the heat and after a minute or two the corn kernels will begin to pop. Remove from the heat when two seconds pass between pops. Pour into a large bowl and sprinkle over the flavour shake, shaking the bowl to evenly cover the popcorn. Alternatively, cook the popcorn in a pot without oil and then drizzle with melted butter before sprinkling over the flavour shake.
