How to Use:
Create a sweet chilli coating mix for chicken drumsticks. Add 4 ½ tbs plain flour, 3 tsp baking powder and 1-2 tbs of the sweet chilli powder into a large bowl. Mix well. Add chicken drumsticks and mix until well coated. Spray with oil spray and roast in the oven until the chicken has a crunchy coating and is cooked through.
Combine 20g butter with ½ tsp of the flavour shake. Set it in the fridge. Use the flavoured butter to top steamed vegetables, roast potatoes, grilled meats and poultry.
Sprinkle over hot chips or potato wedges or mix with sour cream to use as a dip for potato wedges.
Use as a popcorn topper on freshly popped popcorn. Add 1 ½ tbs oil to a large pot with lid on a medium heat. Once the oil is heated, add in 50 g of popcorn, and return the lid. Shake the pot gently while on the heat and after a minute or two the corn kernels will begin to pop. Remove from the heat when two seconds pass between pops. Pour into a large bowl and sprinkle over the flavour shake, shaking the bowl to evenly cover the popcorn. Alternatively, cook the popcorn in a pot without oil and then drizzle with melted butter before sprinkling over the flavour shake.
