Glace Apricot

Glace Fruit is also known as ‘candied’ or ‘crystallised’ fruit. These apricot halves have been prepared in a sweet syrup. Retaining their natural colour, with a sweet flavour and aroma, these glace apricot halves are great for baking, desserts and cake decorating.
How to Use:
Glace apricot halves can be added whole or chopped to baking and dessert recipes. They are great in traditional fruit cakes, plum puddings, and Florentines. Dice for use in homemade ice cream and gelato, chocolate and confectionery. Use these sweet apricots to decorate cakes and desserts, or to brighten up a cheese platter.
Storage:
Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Refrigeration recommended in warm climates.
