Glace fruit is also known as ‘candied’ or ‘crystallised’ fruit.
These slices are prepared in a sugar syrup until preserved, retaining their natural bright orange colour, with a sweet citrus flavour and aroma.
How To Use:
These are as pretty as a picture. Use them whole to decorate cakes and puddings.
They look stunning standing proud amongst other glacé fruit and whole nuts on top of celebration cakes.
Diced, these add sweet orange flavours to gelato, chocolates and confectionery.
Delicious dipped in melted dark chocolate or use them as a garnish on drinks.
Storage:
Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. See Best Before date.
