Glace Fruit is also known as ‘candied’ or ‘crystallised’ fruit. These slices of orange have been prepared in a sugar syrup until preserved. Retaining their natural bright orange colour, with a sweet citrus flavour and aroma, these orange slices are perfect for baking and cake decorating.
How to Use:
Glace orange can be added to baking recipes, or chop up to use in homemade ice cream and gelato, chocolate and confectionery.
Use these sweet slices to decorate cakes and desserts, or to brighten up a cheese platter.
Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Refrigeration recommended in warm climates.
