Glacé fruit is also known as ‘candied’ or ‘crystallised’ fruit. These delicious slices of pineapple have been prepared in sugar syrup and have a sweet flavour and aroma.
How To Use:
Glacé pineapple slices can be used whole or chopped in baking and dessert recipes, homemade ice cream or chocolates.
Use to decorate cakes, puddings and tropical cheesecakes.
