Finding a great recipe for gluten free bread is difficult but the trick is to find a wheat-free flour blend that makes a loaf that has a delicious taste, smells incredible, rises well and is easy to slice for sandwiches.

Our Easy Bake Gluten Free Bread Mix does all of these things and also has the versatility to be used for sweet and savoury loaves as well.

In this Gluten Free Bread Kit we include everything needed to make three loaves of bread – a plain sandwich loaf, a seedy loaf and a fruit loaf or buns.  Or add in your own ingredients to make pizza bases, focaccia, pastry or rolls.

These gluten free loaves can be made using our Easy Bake method or, if you’re lucky enough to have a sourdough starter, we have recipes online for them as well.  Both options are delicious!
