The batter can be adjusted for light and fluffy pancakes, thin crepes or small pikelets so they can be served for breakfast, afternoon tea or dessert. This is a gold medal-winning, gluten-free mix, made in regional Victoria.

How To Use:

Also great for waffles or make baby blinis and top each one with a slice of banana and a pinch of coconut sugar.

Combine 250g of mix and 250mL milk in a bowl and whisk to combine. Add more or less liquid to reach desired consistency. Spoon dollops into pan on low to medium heat. Cook until small bubbles appear and pop, then flip and cook until golden.

Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. See Best Before date.
