Gluten Free Coconut and Vanilla Pancake Mix



These easy-to-make pancakes are delicious!

The batter can be adjusted for light and fluffy pancakes, thin crepes or small pikelets so they can be served for breakfast, afternoon tea or dessert. This is a gold medal-winning, gluten-free mix, made in regional Victoria.

How to use:

To prepare, combine one cup of pancake mix with ½ cup of milk of choice. Adjust the consistency to suit. Pour the batter into a medium-warm, lightly oiled pan, flipping the pancakes once bubbles start to appear on the top. Serve with fresh banana or berries and organic maple syrup.


Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
