This natural free-flowing mix of maize, tapioca and rice flour already contains rising agents and is ready to use in all areas of cooking and baking where self raising flour is called for.
Gluten free Self Raising Flour has a subtle flavour and aroma similar to wheat and is a pale cream colour. It contains no artificial additives or preservatives and is non GMO.
How to Use:
This is a versatile and conveniently pre-blended Wheat Free Self raising Flour that can be used for baking or whenever all-purpose, self-raising flour is required.
