How to Use:
Glacé apricot halves can be added whole or chopped to baking and dessert recipes. They are great in traditional fruit cakes, plum puddings, and Florentines. Dice for use in homemade ice cream and gelato, chocolate and confectionery. Use these sweet apricots to decorate cakes and desserts, or to brighten up a cheese platter.
