This certified organic Italian balsamic vinegar has a full, slightly sweet, vinegar flavour, a tangy aroma and a rich, dark red colour. It is made from organic wine and has been aged in oak.

Balsamic vinegar is a delicious condiment that can be used at the table and in cooking recipes. A naturally flavoursome and versatile addition to the pantry.

Enjoy this tantalising organic Balsamic Vinegar’s natural flavours in salad dressings and marinades, preserves and fresh pickles – try with sliced cucumber and purple onions.

Enjoy as a condiment with classic fish ‘n chips or grilled seafood. Add a splash to Thai soups or Asian noodle dishes. Sprinkle over steamed vegetables or add a dash to the baking tray when roasting root veggies. Make a ‘balsamic reduction’ by very gently simmering this vinegar over the lowest heat until it has thickened and reduced to about 1/2 or 1/3 the volume.

A perfect accompaniment to freshly sliced tomatoes and basil with bocconcini. Or use it as a sauce with vegetables, chicken or meat. For desserts combine balsamic vinegar and a little rapadura or coconut sugar to toss fresh berries or fruit salad in.
