How To Use
Use in marinades and sauces, curries, stir fries, noodles and rice dishes.
Make ginger syrup and top up with ice and soda water for homemade ginger ale or for cocktails and desserts. In a small pot, bring to the boil 1 cup water, 1 cup raw sugar, 2 tbs ground ginger & a fresh ginger root, peeled & chopped. Reduce heat & simmer for about 60 mins. Strain.
If you’ve overeaten or want to settle your tummy, it may help to sip ginger tea or simply eat a spoonful of honey with a pinch of ground ginger added.
