Deliciously smooth and alive with flavour, the coffee used in this blend is shade grown on Rainforest Alliance certified forested farms in Central and South America under the Sustainable Agricultural Network.
It’s a unique blend with intense aromas of flowers and fruit. This full bodied coffee has a sweet and bright flavour with excellent acidity.
Conveniently pre-ground – perfect for making your favourite brew at home. It is particularly good as espresso or as a full flavoured milk
How to Use:
This ground coffee is suitable for filter, plunger, percolator or espresso brews. Add your favourite milk and sweetener if desired. It is wonderful served hot or can be poured over ice to make a refreshing Summer drink. For a ‘bulletproof’ coffee, brew as usual before combining in a blender with2 tbsp of grass-fed ghee or butter and 1-2 tbsp of coconut oil. Blitz on high for about 30 seconds or until coffee is frothy.
Freshly brewed coffee can be a delicious desserts and baked goods. Pour a strong shot of chilled coffee over ice cream for a classic Italian Affogato. Cool coffee to use in pastry, biscuit and cake recipes. Combine with cacao powder for mocha flavour – great for icing. Brewed coffee can even be used in savoury dishes. It goes beautifully with slow-cooked or bbq pork and beef, or in chilli black beans.
