How To Use:
This blend has intense aromas of fruit & flowers. Sweet and bright with excellent acidity. The increased biodiversity of shade grown coffee gives the bean a unique flavour which many prefer.
Make a complex, intense espresso or a smooth, full flavoured, milk-based coffee. Use a brew ratio of 8 g (1 tbs) per cup (150 mL) and adjust to suit your taste.
Origin of Beans: Shade grown coffee from certified forested farms in Mexico, Costa Rica, Brazil.
Roast Level: Medium-dark
Grind Type: Plunger, filter, stovetop, coffee press, Turkish or coffee machine.
