This naturally caffeine-free tisane combines soothing floral mint tones with revitalising citrus notes and a touch of ginger spice. It has been formulated by a qualified naturopath to provide traditional benefits from plant compounds and aid immunity.

Enjoy daily in between meals to help fortify and restore immunity.


Place 1-2 teaspoons of loose leaf tea per cup (250ml) in an infuser or teapot and pour over boiling water (100°C). Infuse for 5+ minutes depending on your desired strength. Enjoy as is or add a slice of lemon and honey to taste.

After finishing your brew, you can add the steeped leaves into the garden, home compost or warm farm to break down into organic matter.
