This traditional chai is a blend of Australian black tea with a mixture of wonderful aromatic spices including ginger, cardamom and star anise.
Add 1tsp per cup to an infuser or teapot and cover with boiling water. Steep for 8-10 mins and enjoy as is or with milk and honey.
Try it chilled with plenty of ice and a slice of lemon.
How to Use:
Add 1tsp for each cup into a teapot or infuser & top with boiling water (100°C). Steep for 8 – 10 mins. Add milk and sweetener, if desired.
In summer, serve chilled either black or with milk and plenty of ice and a slice of lemon.
A strong infusion of Indian Spiced Chai Tea can be used to make delicious homemade ice cream, desserts and baked goods.
Storage:
Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. See Best Before date.
