How To Use
Bring a little bit of Italy into your kitchen. Use this blend in anything Mediterranean or just when you want a meal packed with flavour.
Add a teaspoon to a vinaigrette or creamy dressing, stir it through sour cream, mix it with lupin flakes as a crumb for fish and chicken or include it in couscous or a pasta salad.
Make savoury scrolls by rolling out pastry or a quick scone dough, sprinkle it with grated cheese and Italian herb. Roll the dough up into a scroll, cut into 2 cm pieces and bake.
