Premium Noble Kava is native to the Pacific Islands and has been used for centuries in traditional ceremonies and gatherings. The native people have long regarded it for its calming and soothing properties and assisting in a more restful sleep.

It is farmed on a plantation using sustainable farming practices without the use of chemical or pesticides and is ethically wildcrafted.

How to Use:

Pour the desired amount of kava powder into a strainer bag or muslin cloth. 40-50 grams makes 1 to 1.5 litres of kava beverage, which is 4 to 6 servings depending on the desired strength of the kava beverage. Place the strainer bag into an empty bowl and pour in the water. Let the kava soak for 1 to 2 minutes. Ensure the kava powder stays inside the bag during this process. Knead the bag in the water until only fibres remain in the bag. Remove the strainer bag from the bowl. Your kava beverage is now ready to serve and enjoy.
