Khorasan, also called Kamut, it is an ancient form of wheat with grains that are much larger than modern wheat. The grain for this unbleached flour is grown using sustainable methods.
How To Use:
It’s a non-hybridised ancient form of wheat that, when milled into flour, has a unique gluten structure and a higher protein level than normal wheat flour which is why it’s becoming a popular choice for bread making, pasta and noodles.
It has a nutty, buttery flavour which is also delicious in crepes and pancakes.
Storage:
Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. See Best Before date.
