Matcha powder of the highest quality grown in Japan the green tea leaves are handpicked under shade and ground into a fine powder. Being the young leaves, it retains its nutrients and because you’re consuming the actual leaves in powdered form it is more nutrient-rich than normal green tea. Unfermented = Green tea.

How to Use:

Matcha powder can be made into a latte with your favourite milk by dissolving a teaspoon in a little warm water and adding your warmed milk and sweetener of choice. Or mix it into a smoothie or smoothie bowl of choice. Matcha flavoured ice cream and gelato is the perfect summer treat. Or a great addition to raw chocolates or desserts. Try a little in your next chia pudding.

Storage:

Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Refrigeration recommended in warm climates.
