This blend of traditional spices has a mild heat yet is full of rich flavours. It can be used to add delicious depth to curries, coconut milk soups, sauces and marinades but is versatile enough to be used in curried eggs, rice salads, spicy mayonnaise and chutneys.

How To Use
Use as the base for mild curry dishes with vegetables, lentils, beans, chicken, seafood or meat. Mix with plain yoghurt and lemon juice for a spicy marinade for tempeh or roast cauliflower.
For a quick dinner, marinate chicken drumsticks in 125 mL olive oil, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp salt, 2 tsp paprika, 1 tsp curry powder & 1 tsp ground cumin. Bake or air fry at 180°C.
Make one pot chickpea curry for an inexpensive family meal. Add tofu which will soak up the delicious curry flavours.
