This blend of traditional spices, made from quality ingredients, has a mild amount of heat, yet it is full of rich flavours. It can be used to add delicious depth to curries, soups, sauces and marinades. A versatile spice to keep in the pantry.

How to Use:

Use as the base for mild curry dishes with vegetables, tofu, chicken, seafood or meat. Add 1 to 2 teaspoons to soups such as sweet potato and pumpkin, or hearty spiced beans. Make into a delicious paste with plain yoghurt and lemon juice and then use as a marinade that is delicious with tempeh or roasted cauliflower.

Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
