How To Use:
Mixed peel is a traditional ingredient for adding sweet tang to fruit cakes, jubilee twists and fruit buns.
Use in homemade muffins, biscuits and muesli bars and add some citrus zing to pickles and chutney recipes.
Great in ice cream and gelato, stirred through with mixed fruit and spices.
