Add flavours of the Australian bush to your meals with this blend that has a similar tang to lemon pepper.

Lemon myrtle brings a deep lemon-lime flavour which offsets the heat and spicy aromatics of pepperleaf and pepperberry.

Perfect with vegetables, fish and seafood, sprinkle it onto guacamole and dips or be daring and blend it with rich, dark chocolate.


How To Use:

Place small pinch bowls of Mixed Native Bush Spice on the dining table so guests can sprinkle it onto their meals, perhaps with a little fresh chilli on the side. It pairs beautifully with seafood, chicken or vegetable dishes.

Sprinkle over the top of homemade focaccia or use as a dipping salt for sourdough and olive oil.

Prior to roasting, sprinkle over lamb, chicken, sweet potatoes or pumpkin. It’s a delicious touch over crispy baked tofu.

Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. See Best Before date.
