The bush foods in this blend have been harvested and utilised by Indigenous Australians for thousands of years, and are now being discovered by cooks all over the world. The Mountain Pepper in this Bush Tucker mix is wild-harvested and grown without pesticides in Tasmania. The Lemon Myrtle is grown Organically in the subtropical regions of Northern NSW.

Pepperleaf has an aromatic, wild spicy flavour while Pepperberry has even more spice and heat. It combines deliciously with Lemon Myrtle, which has a strong citrus aroma and imparts a deep lemon-lime flavour.
