The combination of sweet vanilla white chocolate and fruity raspberries in our in-store mix will leave your kitchen smelling like your local bakery.
Keep a pack in the cupboard for easy lunchbox snacks or a quick afternoon tea treat.
To Add:
• 1 egg, lightly beaten
• ½ cup water
• ¼ cup vegetable oil
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
Method:
1. Preheat oven to 160˚C. Lightly grease cups of muffin pan.
2. Pour contents of bag into a large mixing bowl. Add egg, water, vegetable oil and vanilla extract.
3. Mix with a wooden spoon until combined.
4. Spoon batter evenly between muffin cups.
5. Bake for 16-18 minutes. Muffins are baked if they spring back when lightly touched in the centre.
6. Remove from oven. Allow to cool for 5 minutes before placing muffins on a baking rack.

Store bag in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. See Best Before date.
