Natural cocoa powder is a light brown colour and has a mild chocolate flavour and aroma.


How To Use:

Unsweetened natural cocoa powder is ideal for baking brownies, biscuits, cakes and steamed puddings because it allows you to use the sweeteners that suit your taste.

Make chocolate icing, sauces and hot or cold chocolate drinks, sweetening them with rice malt syrup, maple syrup or coconut sugar.

Use a tea strainer to dust cocoa powder over iced cakes, energy balls and ice cream sundaes.
