Onion powder is made from dehydrated ground onions, giving it a concentrated flavour that pairs well with many foods and can be used as a seasoning. It is white in colour and has the typical smell & flavour associated with onion.
How to Use:
Onion powder can be used in cooking to flavour gravies, stews, meatballs, hamburgers, vegetables or sprinkle on beef, pork, lamb and chicken before roasting. Its other common uses are in salad dressings & in soups to add depth of flavour.
Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Refrigeration recommended in warm climates.
